Hydro Hub – Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

  If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations requested beyond this window may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

• Restocking Fee:
  A restocking fee of 2% of the total order value will apply to all cancelled orders to cover processing and handling costs.

• Afterpay Orders:
  For purchases made using Afterpay, a restocking fee of 6% of the total order value will apply. This covers non-refundable merchant fees associated with Afterpay transactions.

• Custom or Special Orders:
  Orders involving customized items or special requests may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific situation.
