Shipping Policy
Hydro Hub offers shipping throughout Australia.
All packages are kept discreet and posted in plain packaging.
All postage prices supplied are subject to change depending on the size and weight of the product.
Hydro hub will not be responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping information given at checkout.
Local Delivery
- Hydro Hub offers local delivery up to 30 kms
- For Deliveries 0-15km - orders under $150 will cost $15 delivery, orders over $150 will be FREE
- For Deliveries 15-30km - orders under $250 will cost $25 delivery, orders over $250 will be FREE
- Orders will usually be processed within 24 hours but please allow up to 3 days.
- Purchases will be delivered within 3 business days after processing is completed
- You will be contacted once your order is ready to arrange a delivery time.
- Items will be left in a safe space if no one is home.
- Local deliveries will be delivered outside of trading hours; before 9:30am and after 5:30pm Mon-Fri; before 9:30am and after 2pm on Saturdays. No local deliveries on weekends
Other Shipping
- Orders are usually processed within 24 hours but please allow up to 3 days
- Once shipped you will be provided with a tracking number
- Please check you delivery information before finalising your order as Hydro Hub will not be held responsible for any lost items - if you contact us we will try to rectify the problem
- Hydro up will use the best delivery company available to us at the time of postage

Local Pickup
- Hydro Hub offers free local pick up in store; 14/22 Keon Pde, Thomastown 3074 VIC. 9:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday and 9:30am- 2:00pm Saturday
- If you are picking up a purchase made online please bring your order confirmation with you to the store.
- You also may place orders over the phone and pay for the items on pickup either by cash or card.
