Hydro Hub ships Australia-wide with discreet, plain packaging for your privacy.

All postage costs are subject to change depending on the size and weight of your order.
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours; however, please allow up to 3 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Hydro Hub is not responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before finalising your order.
We always use the most reliable shipping provider available at the time of dispatch.

Hydro Hub offers local delivery within a 20 km radius of our Thomastown location.

Delivery Fees:

0–10 km:
- Orders under $150: $15 delivery fee
- Orders over $150: Free delivery
10–20 km:
- Orders under $250: $25 delivery fee
- Orders over $250: Free delivery

Delivery Information:

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours; however, please allow up to 3 business days.
You will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time once your order is ready.
Deliveries are made outside of trading hours:
- Monday–Friday: before 9:00 am or after 6:00 pm
- Saturday: before 9:00 am or after 3:30 pm
If no one is home, your order will be left in a safe, secure location.
