Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no branding or product descriptions visible on the outside.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday etc) processing may take up to 5 business days.

We try to use Australia Post for all of the shipping but where we cant due to location/size/weight we use Interparcel & TransDirect.
Estimated delivery times
- Express (0–5 kg): 1–3 business days (metro); 3–5 business days (regional)
- Standard: 3–7 business days (metro); 5–10 business days (regional/rural)
- WA / NT: Allow an additional 2–5 business days

Unfortunately not all shipping may be possible or feasible and we may have to cancel your order if we can not find an alternative. Alternatively if you would like to get an accurate quote before placing your order please email or call us with an item list and we will be able to quote you accuratley
In-Store Only (Cannot Be Posted)
The following products are available for in-store pickup or local delivery only and cannot be shipped:
- Butane/gas cylinders (R600 N-Butane 6.5 kg, Gas Refill 300ml)
- Hydrogen Peroxide 50% (GT - Oxy Plus)
 Local Delivery (within 20 km of Thomastown)
- Orders under $150: $15 delivery fee
- Orders $150 and over: Free delivery
- Estimated delivery: Within 5 days of order being placed.
