Hydro Hub – Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Hydro Hub purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated through our team. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee will apply to all approved returns and cancellations:

  • 2% of the order value for standard purchases

  • 6% of the order value for Afterpay purchases (due to non-refundable merchant fees)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at shop@hydrohub.com.au              so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

Need something different? The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at shop@hydrohub.com.au.
